    We offer 508 units in two convenient sizes, 5' x 10' and 10' x 10' .

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our office and gate hours are 9am - 6pm Monday-Friday and 8am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

  • Can you help answer questions about storage problems, storage supplies, movers, truck rentals, etc.?

    Our expert staff is here to help solve all your storage problems. We sell boxes and moving supplies and can recommend movers and truck rental companies.

  • What are my actual move-in costs?

    Your first month's rent plus a $15 administration fee. We do have occasional move-in specials and will always attempt to meet any competitors’ prices. Once you move in, your rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis.

  • Will my stuff be safe at Downtown Self Storage?

    Our self storage facility is enclosed with an electronic gate and security system that can only be accessed by our professional on-site self storage management staff. You provide your own lock when you move in.

  • Do I need insurance for my stored property?

    Check with your homeowners or renters’ insurance to see if your stored property is covered by your policy. If you find that you do want insurance, we can provide you the name of an insurance carrier that specializes in self storage.

  • What can’t I store at Downtown Self Storage?

    Common sense and state laws determine what can be stored. Since you alone have access to your space, do not store anything that needs a controlled environment. This would include live animals and plants, explosive or flammable items, toxic materials, food, or liquids. Do not tempt unwanted critters with food, candles, dried flowers or your favorite sweater.

  • How do I prevent damage from pests?

    We use an exterminator who inspects and services our facility on a regular basis. Our staff can also provide you with specific packing tips to ensure that your stored property is not damaged.
